Bring the world to your doorstep with these exquisite treasures created by village cultures worldwide. Educational and inspiring, these family-friendly performances are a feast for the senses! Enhance the audience experience with village style dancing following the performance; school performances and workshops also available.

Crescent Moon: Look behind the headlines and through the veil to share the joys and sorrows of our Muslim neighbors around the world. Smell the kabobs, see the minarets and graceful arabesques through the exotic music and dances of Uzbekistan, Bosnia, Albania, Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, and Afghanistan. EDT recently won an award for costumes created for this spectacular performance.

Land of Legends—A Journey Through the Carpathian Mountains: A spectacular journey through the mysterious Carpathian Mountains, land that inspired countless old world legends. Watch Hungarian dancers wake up the new baby in a boot slapping Csardas! See Romanian shepherds leap over fire in a show of bravado. Hear the EDT Folk Orchestra sizzle with the passionate, earthy music that inspired Bartok, Dvorak, Liszt and Brahms. Featuring music and dances from Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Slovakia, Poland and more.

Passport International Sampler: Take your audience on a whirlwind tour with music and dance selected from Eastern and Central Europe, Western Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. First Love (A Bulgarian Love Triangle): Everybody's talking about Tudora and Kolyo and Ivan. Ivan loves Tudora. Tudora loves Kolyo. And Kolyo loves...who? Find out at “First Love,” a full-length dance drama featuring the vibrant music, haunting songs and breathtaking dance of exotic Bulgaria. Debuts April 2008; touring through fall and winter 2008-09.
